RDS series double-shaft shredder is a crushing equipment specially designed for materials with large volume, thickness and hardness. It adopts low-speed, high-torque shearing design, which has the advantages of low noise, low energy consumption and high output. In a complete set of recycling production lines, the RDS twin-shaft shredder can be used as a solution for coarse crushing.
Design features of double shaft shredder RS3280 During the crushing process, the claws (A) on the rotor (B) drag the material into the crushing cavity. The blades adopt a mutually staggered and occluded layout, so that the material can be cut and broken in the horizontal and vertical directions at the same time.
